Restaurant District Manager – Columbia, SC

District Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of management experience, ideally in a multi-unit restaurant, c-store, or dollar retail environment overseeing 5–10 locations
- Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management experience is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage P&L responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills: able to recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications
- Ability to travel locally among assigned stores on a daily basis
District Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in building strong management teams and developing talent
- Comfortable driving operational improvements and fostering a positive workplace culture
District Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop management teams across 6–7 restaurants in the Columbia area
- Maximize sales and profits while setting the standard for outstanding guest service
- Ensure operational activities are executed within company guidelines and brand standards
- Support and drive internal training programs and cultural initiatives
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews, analyzing sales, costs, and labor
- Implement strategic plans and address operational challenges proactively
