A well-established, locally owned restaurant and smokehouse group recognized for its strong culture, long-term staff retention, and high-volume operations is seeking an Executive Chef to lead back-of-house operations in a hands-on, systems-driven environment.

This is a highly operational leadership role. The Executive Chef will work closely alongside the kitchen team while overseeing labor management, inventory systems, food safety standards, kitchen organization, and daily execution. The barbecue program itself is already established and managed internally, so prior BBQ experience is not required.
