The Festival and Event Division Project Manager is responsible for overseeing, developing, and managing our national food/beverage program and in-house team for festivals and offsite events to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality. This role involves working with various stakeholders, including clients, government agencies and food/beverage vendors to enhance offerings and program effectiveness to generate exceptional fan experience and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience leading food and beverage operations for large-scale festivals or live events
Proven ability to manage client relationships and serve as a trusted operational partner
Strong leadership experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution during live events
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including client presentations and post-event reporting
Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex, high-pressure operational challenges
Proven experience in budget management, financial reporting, and performance optimization
Strong knowledge of alcohol service laws, health codes, safety standards, and permitting processes
Experience leading change, communicating operational updates, and driving adoption across teams

Offsite catering experience service hundreds of guests
Heavy exposure to beverage industry and service standards
Ability to operate autonomously and manage time efficiently
Proven leadership experience with a large staff
Vendor and client relationship experience (wearing multiple hats)
