Restaurant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in a scratch kitchen
- Management of food quality standards
- Review P&Ls and ensure food and labor costs are in line with budgets
- Train and develop team members and managers
- Manage the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen
Restaurant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- Full-service dining experience
- Volume experience of $5M+
- Solid background of good tenure
- Positive attitude and the ability to lead a large team
- Have a solid understanding of sales and cost management
- Open availability
