The Role
As Factory Director, you will oversee all aspects of daily production, inventory management, and logistics. You’ll lead a team, ensure top-tier quality and safety standards, and continuously improve processes to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems in real time, and building strong teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations to meet output, quality, and efficiency goals
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and team performance
- Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and stock control
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Hire, train, mentor, and develop team members
- Coordinate logistics and distribution to multiple locations
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and cost controls
What You Bring
- Experience leading production, commissary, warehouse, or factory operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make decisions quickly using data and operational insight
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style
- Valid driver’s license with flexibility to travel between locations
Schedule & Location
- Location: Houston, TX (with travel between multiple sites)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- Flexibility required for occasional nights/weekends during peak seasons
