Talent Acquisition Manager – Hospitality (Remote with Travel)
Location: Seattle, WA (Remote-Based)
Salary: $100,000 + Benefits (Health, 401(k))
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a growing portfolio of hospitality concepts. This is a remote-based role, ideally located in or near Seattle, with travel required to support on-site hiring initiatives and leadership alignment across multiple markets.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for management and hourly roles across multiple restaurant and hospitality concepts
- Partner with operational leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop strategic recruiting plans
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles across the organization
- Travel to various locations to support openings, hiring events, and leadership training initiatives
- Develop and implement best-in-class recruiting processes and employer branding strategies
- Manage job postings, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and hiring performance
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-unit environments
- Strong understanding of high-volume recruiting and leadership hiring
- Proven ability to work remotely while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as needed (estimated 20–40%)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
