Our client is seeking a highly-qualified Senior Sales Manager for their award-winning boutique, full-service resort property in southeastern Nebraska. The ideal candidate has recent and significant experience at an upscale resort in a Senior Sales Manager capacity and a passion to effectively work with a team while demonstrating high integrity at all times.
Senior Sales Manager Perks:
- Base salary up to $70k

Senior Sales Manager Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-10 years recent experience as a successful Senior Sales Manager or Director in a full-service, upscale hotel or resort at both branded AND independent properties with over 200 rooms
- Strong aptitude for technology
- Solid tenure and career progression
- Integrity-driven and people-focused
- Ability and desire to travel to southeastern Nebraska property for the duration of the training period and approximately 2x/week thereafter
- Able to produce three professional references prior to employment offer
