Director of Events Benefits & Compensation
- $110,000–$125,000 annual salary plus bonus and gratuity

Director of Events Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of event planning, execution, and management experience within hospitality, including weddings
- 4+ years of team management overseeing event and banquet managers
- Experienced collaborating with sales and culinary leadership
- Proven ability to anticipate client needs and manage guest recovery
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays to support events
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, project management tools (Teamwork, Canva, Tripleseat), and G Suite
Director of Events Preferred Background & Skills
- Knowledge and appreciation of wine
- Experience creating and maintaining vendor relationships
Director of Events Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of event execution to exceed company standards
- Lead, coach, and develop both salaried and hourly event staff, including recruiting and training
- Manage labor costs and scheduling to meet budget targets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from booking through event completion, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Coordinate setup and breakdown with facilities and culinary partners to guarantee seamless event delivery
- Lead weekly meetings to align on event details, logistics, and client expectations
