Are you an accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment? We’re looking for a Hybrid Hospitality Accountant to join our growing team and play a key role in the financial success of our hospitality operations.
This isn’t your typical back-office role—you’ll collaborate with operations, support real-time decision-making, and help drive profitability across multiple revenue streams. If you enjoy variety, visibility, and growth opportunities, this role delivers.
What You’ll Do:
- Own core accounting functions including AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger management
- Prepare monthly financial statements and provide actionable insights
- Monitor key hospitality revenue streams (rooms, F&B, events) and identify trends
- Partner with department leaders to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- Conduct on-site audits and support operational teams when needed
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Assist with payroll, reporting, and audit preparation

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience (hospitality experience is a big plus)
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communicator who enjoys working across teams
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $75,000 – $85,000
