A growing manufacturing company seeking a Director of Dealer Network Operations to lead dealer relationships, drive commercial growth, and strengthen customer support operations. This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility to executive leadership and the opportunity to help build structure, improve channel performance, and support long-term growth.
This position is located north of Atlanta, GA, and will require relocation.

Director of Dealer Network Operations Requirements & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial sales, service, or channel management
- Experience managing dealer or distributor networks
- Background with industrial equipment, machinery, or automation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience supporting quoting, forecasting, or customer solutions
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on, evolving environment
Director of Dealer Network Operations Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a national dealer network
- Recruit and onboard new dealer partners
- Support quoting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and leadership teams
- Oversee service support, installations, and customer escalations
- Assist with trade shows, marketing efforts, and dealer engagement
