General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead all day-to-day hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B (if applicable)
- Drive financial performance through effective management of revenue, labor, and operating expenses
- Develop and execute strategies to improve occupancy, ADR, and overall RevPAR
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive and accountable culture
- Maintain a strong, visible presence on property, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback, online reviews, and service recovery opportunities
General Manager Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of hotel leadership experience (GM or AGM preferred)
- Experience in select-service or limited-service hotel operations
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and forecasting
- Proven ability to drive revenue and improve guest satisfaction scores
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work across all departments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with hotel systems (PMS, revenue management, OTA platforms)
