Job Title: Chef de Cuisine

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead kitchen operations at our New Orleans establishment. This is a hands-on leadership role for a culinary professional who values quality, consistency, and teamwork, and who respects the rich food culture and high standards of hospitality that define New Orleans dining.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily kitchen operations, including preparation, execution, and presentation
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain excellence and consistency
- Collaborate with ownership/leadership on menu development and seasonal offerings
- Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and labor efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Uphold and elevate the restaurant’s culinary vision and standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or senior kitchen leadership role
- Strong culinary foundation with attention to detail and execution
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
