Owner Relations Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and manage expectations
- Proficiency in reviewing financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple owner accounts
