Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing)
A growing manufacturing is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will serve as the key liaison between customers and internal operations. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives on communication, organization, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Manage orders, quotes, and customer requests from start to finish
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely production and delivery
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and customer data
- Proactively communicate updates and resolve customer issues
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Additional Details
- Full-time, non-exempt position
- Office environment with exposure to manufacturing operations
- Occasional extended hours may be required
