What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Handle scheduling, inventory, and cost control
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Drive sales and implement strategies to improve performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
- Preference for local candidates
Compensation & Benefits:
- Holiday Bonus: Discretionary

- Cell Phone Reimbursement: $35/month
- Paid Time Off (PTO):
- 7 days after 6 months
- 12 days after 18 months
- Restaurants are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas (PTO used for these days)
