What You’ll Be Doing:
- Help lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Coach, mentor, and inspire team members to deliver top-tier hospitality
- Take an active role on the floor—leading shifts, supporting the team, and engaging with guests
- Assist in managing labor, scheduling, and inventory to meet financial goals
- Uphold high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service execution
- Step in as the leader on duty when the General Manager is not present
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Experience working in a high-volume environment
- Understanding of restaurant financials including labor and cost controls
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
