Sous Chef (Upscale Dining)
Salary: $65,000–$70,000

What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth service execution
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on seasonal menu development and new dishes
- Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members
- Maintain consistency in recipes, prep, and plate presentation
- Uphold high standards for food quality, sanitation, and organization
- Partner with management to deliver an exceptional guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Prior Sous Chef or strong Kitchen Manager experience
- Background in upscale or fine dining preferred
- Passion for food, creativity, and modern cooking techniques
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team
- Ability to perform and lead under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
