Executive Assistant & Special Projects Coordinator Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for executives
- Prepare agendas, capture detailed meeting notes, and track follow-ups
- Draft, proofread, and manage executive communications

- Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects from planning to execution

- 2+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or project coordination
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Monday, or Notion
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
