Assistant Store Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail leadership, supervisor, or assistant manager experience
- Strong customer service mindset with proven ability to lead by example
- Experience managing sales goals, staffing, and daily store operations
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable
Must Haves
- Support daily opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store readiness
- Drive sales through team coaching, upselling, and guest relationship building
- Maintain merchandising standards, inventory flow, and product presentation
- Assist in training new hires and developing a high-energy service culture
Assistant Store Manager Preferred Background & Skills
