Sous Chef – Join One of Philadelphia’s Most Vibrant Upscale Dining Concepts

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations in a high-volume, scratch-driven environment
- Inspire, train, and develop a strong culinary team while maintaining a positive, professional culture
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across every dish
- Manage ordering, inventory, and cost controls to hit financial targets
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of Sous Chef or strong Jr. Sous experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
- A hands-on leader who thrives on the line and leads by example
- Strong understanding of kitchen systems, food cost, and team development
- Passion for bold, flavorful cuisine and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced Philly dining scene
