Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily operations of the kitchen
- Lead, coach, and develop team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Inventory and ordering experience needed
- Manage scheduling, shifts, and staffing to ensure smooth operation
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality
- Foster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture
- Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams to meet restaurant goals
Assistant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in a Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef role
- Proven experience in coaching, development, and team leadership
- Strong organizational skills, with experience in scheduling and shift management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Comfortable receiving and providing feedback in a constructive manner
