A multi-unit restaurant organization is seeking a senior operational leader to oversee approximately 12–15 full-service restaurant locations within the Los Angeles market. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to lead a large multi-unit territory, develop high-performing teams, and influence the future direction of the organization.

Vice President of Operations Requirements & Qualifications
- Senior multi-unit leadership experience within full-service restaurants
- Experience overseeing 12+ restaurant locations
- Strong understanding of sales, labor, food cost, and profitability drivers
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold General Managers accountable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the region
- Must be based in the Los Angeles area
Vice President of Operations Preferred Background & Skills
- Demonstrated success leading multi-unit restaurant operations across a broad geographic territory
- Experience leading large territories with limited support infrastructure
- Comfortable balancing field engagement with strategic operational oversight
- Hands-on operator who leads from the field
Vice President of Operations Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership for approximately 12–15 restaurant locations
- Drive sales growth, labor efficiency, profitability, and overall restaurant performance
- Coach and develop General Managers and leadership teams
- Ensure operational standards and a consistent guest experience across all locations
- Identify performance trends and implement improvement strategies
- Partner with executive leadership to execute operational initiatives
- Maintain a visible presence in the field while driving accountability and performance across the region
