What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Driving day-to-day operations and keeping service running efficiently
- Leading, coaching, and developing team members in real time
- Maintaining high standards across food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Supporting the team during peak periods and jumping in wherever needed
- Assisting with scheduling, labor management, and shift execution
- Creating a positive, team-first culture while delivering a great guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a restaurant leadership role (manager or strong supervisor)
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Natural leader who brings energy, accountability, and professionalism
- Proven ability to run a shift and keep a team aligned under pressure
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak business hours
