What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Assess client exposures and design tailored commercial insurance solutions
- Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close new accounts
- Partner with internal service teams to ensure a smooth client experience
- Stay aligned with carrier guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Manage pipeline activity and track production using AMS360
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty license in Massachusetts
- At least 3+ years of commercial insurance sales experience
- Proven ability to prospect, close, and retain business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Experience with AMS360 preferred
