We are seeking a hands-on, high-energy District Manager to lead a dynamic portfolio of QSR restaurants across Atlanta’s South Side. This is a critical leadership role within a rapidly growing organization, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on operations, team development, and overall market performance.
This district includes a mix of high-traffic, airport-influenced locations and strong suburban stores, ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build winning teams.
What You’ll Own
- Lead and develop General Managers and their teams (150+ employees total)
- Drive operational excellence across all locations (speed of service, guest experience, cleanliness, food quality)
- Own full P&L performance for the district (sales, labor, food cost, profitability)
- Coach and mentor GMs on leadership, accountability, and talent development
- Ensure execution of brand standards, company initiatives, and operational systems
- Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results
- Support staffing strategies, hiring, and retention across all locations
- Partner closely with senior leadership on growth and performance initiatives
- Be present in the field—this is a hands-on, in-store leadership role
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred)
- Proven experience overseeing 5+ locations simultaneously
- Strong understanding of P&L, labor management, and cost controls
- Track record of improving underperforming locations
- Passion for guest service, team development, and coaching
- High energy, positive presence—someone who leads from the front
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Ability to travel daily within the South Atlanta market
