A leading senior living organization is seeking an experienced executive director to lead a vibrant senior living and memory care community in beautiful Juneau, Alaska. Executive Director Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary of $120K–$150K, depending on experience
- Annual ROI bonus

Executive Director Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven leadership experience in assisted living or senior care environments
- Expertise in HR practices, compliance audits, and HIPAA regulations
- In-depth understanding of safe and effective building operations for resident communities
- Strong collaborative communication and reporting skills, especially with corporate teams
Executive Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead all operational functions of a senior living community with memory care services
- Manage and mentor department heads, fostering effective leadership throughout each team
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families
- Ensure ongoing compliance with state and local health and safety requirements
- Oversee the efficient, safe, and effective operation of the building and its property
