Human Resources Manager – Los Angeles, CA
A respected hospitality group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across its US locations. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact across multiple teams, serving approximately 400 employees while working on-site in a vibrant, collaborative environment.
Human Resources Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience managing HR functions for multiple locations or a large workforce
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in California and Nevada
- Proven ability to oversee employee relations, training, and policy implementation
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Human Resources Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Previous HR management experience within hospitality or restaurant groups
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Human Resources Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all human resources activities for US operations, focusing on Los Angeles and Las Vegas locations
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, programs, and initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Lead employee relations, performance management, and training efforts
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with HR practices in both states
- Report directly to the Director of HR and coordinate regularly with on-site leadership
