Senior Associate Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and interpret complex insurance policies and prepare detailed coverage analyses
- Draft coverage position letters and strategic recommendations for insurer clients
- Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and formal correspondence
- Manage discovery, including drafting interrogatories and document requests
- Review and analyze large-scale document productions for litigation strategy
- Attend and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
Senior Associate Requirements:
- Active admission to the California Bar
- Minimum of 6 years of insurance coverage and commercial litigation experience
- Demonstrated experience handling coverage disputes under various liability and specialty policies
- Strong legal research skills using major research platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
