Director of Food and Beverage Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in food and beverage
- Proven ability to lead teams to meet and exceed goals
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations
- Experience ensuring regulatory compliance and safe work environments
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Director of Food and Beverage Preferred Background & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field

Director of Food and Beverage Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, administration, and day-to-day operations of food and beverage services
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members, ensuring high service standards
- Lead menu planning, cost management, and implementation of quality controls
- Develop and manage department budgets, achieving financial objectives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcoholic beverage regulations
- Monitor guest experiences and drive continuous improvements in service and offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional managers to meet overall organizational goals
- Directly address and resolve operational issues as they arise to support customer satisfaction
