Executive Chef – Fine Dining Steakhouse Concept | New York City
We’re partnering with a highly regarded restaurant group in New York City to identify an accomplished Executive Chef to lead one of their premier upscale steakhouse concepts with refined, French-inspired influence.
This is a standout opportunity for a culinary leader who excels in elevated, detail-driven environments and is passionate about delivering a best-in-class dining experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all back-of-house operations with a hands-on, service-focused approach
- Develop and execute seasonal, ingredient-driven menus with a strong steakhouse foundation
- Maintain exceptional standards in quality, consistency, and presentation
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing culinary team
- Oversee food cost, labor management, and overall kitchen financial performance
- Collaborate with ownership and leadership on continued growth and concept evolution
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in upscale or fine dining environments
- Steakhouse experience strongly preferred
- Strong classical foundation with a modern, refined approach
- Track record of success in high-volume, high-expectation kitchens
- Solid financial acumen (food cost, labor, P&L management)
- A confident leader who drives culture, accountability, and team development
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $125K – $130K
- Bonus: Up to 20%
