Market Leader Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of a field service business with multiple crew members
- Own full P&L performance: revenue, cost control, and profitability
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service recovery
- Be present in the field, meeting customers and supporting your team regularly
- Lead, coach, and develop team members across roles and locations
- Partner on sales efforts and help grow the market
- Solve problems across operations, billing, customer issues, and staffing
- Build a strong, positive, high-performance culture
Market Leader Requirements
- Experience leading teams in a service, retail, or field-based environment
- Background managing multiple locations, crews, or a mobile workforce
- Proven ability to handle customer issues in person and de-escalate situations
- Exposure to sales, revenue growth, or account management
- Strong business acumen with experience owning or influencing a P&L
- High energy, positive attitude, and a willingness to be in the field daily
- Comfortable speaking in technical terms and working alongside technical teams
- A natural problem solver who takes ownership and gets things done
