Sr. Technical Designer – Asset Strategy Benefits:
- Base salary of $75-130

Sr. Technical Designer – Asset Strategy Responsibilities:
- Render conceptual design ideas and prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings of asset strategy projects including tenant improvements (TI), repositioning, amenities, interior build outs, building additions, lobby renovations, full-floor renovations, corporate center expansions, and working with landlords/brokers/building owners. Ideal candidates also have experience working on industrial buildings, warehouses, distribution centers, logistics facilities, etc.
- Assist in developing project work plans in Deltek Vision for large scale and/or complex projects.
- Lead project teams, construction documentation, and design coordination with Project Managers
- Mentor staff, support recruiting, and foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and agencies
- Drive project delivery: planning, design concepts, presentations, and technical development
- Oversee documentation quality, specifications, and coordination across disciplines
- Support business development through proposals, client growth, and new opportunities
- Participate in the design and construction phase activities
Sr. Technical Designer – Asset Strategy Qualifications:
- BS in Architecture or related field
- 8+ years of experience as Technical Designer for workplace project
- Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience with asset strategy projects including tenant improvements (TI), repositioning, amenities, interior build outs, building additions, lobby renovations, full-floor renovations, corporate center expansions, and working with landlords/brokers/building owners. Ideal candidates also have experience working on industrial buildings, warehouses, distribution centers, logistics facilities, etc.
