Our client is a growing real estate investment and asset management platform focused in Build-to-Rent and Multifamily. As they continue to scale, we are looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to own the accounting function across our expanding portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and year-end close across multiple entities
- Manage a full Yardi system migration
- Prepare financial and investor reporting packages
- Oversee treasury, cash flow, and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate external audits
- Partner with asset management on financial analysis
Qualifications
- 7–12 years of real estate accounting experience
- Strong Yardi proficiency required
- Multi-entity consolidation experience required
- Build-to-Rent, Multifamily, SFR, or real estate fund experience preferred
- CPA preferred but not required
