Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior restaurant leadership or general management experience in high-volume, full-service settings with a full bar
- Strong P&L knowledge and computer proficiency (Excel, POS, Windows)
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift 25 lbs
- Results-driven, team-oriented, and trustworthy
- Passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to operational excellence
- Pre-employment screening required post-offer
