Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards in service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance and career goals.
- Drive sales, manage budgets, and maintain operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Handle guest concerns professionally to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager in casual dining or similar high-volume environments.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Results-driven with a focus on operational excellence and team development.
