We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be a key strategic partner to the President and Executive Leadership Team. As CFO you will mentor a high-performing team while also overseeing our organization’s long-term growth, hotel portfolio expansion, and operational excellence ensuring disciplined governance and risk mitigation.
Chief Financial Officer Qualifications:
- CPA or CHAE Certification required
- An accredited bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, hotel management or business administration
- At least ten (10) years in a similar leadership role overseeing a multi-property hotel portfolio
- At least 15 (fifteen) years of progressive senior financial leadership experience
- High integrity, emotionally competent and able to build collaborative relationships at all levels
- Strategic mindset, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a diverse environment
- Proven experience with hotel acquisitions, dispositions and post-transaction planning
- 20% travel required
Chief Financial Officer Responsibilities:
- Prepares the company’s financial statements in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Delivers data-driven transparent strategic insights and projections to the Executive Leadership Team
- Acts as a trusted advisor to the President, Executive Leadership Team, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversees compliance, financial integrity, capital allocation, portfolio expansion and revenue optimization
- Create policies and procedures and establish systems to protect the organizational assets
- Mentor the VP of Finance and high-performing finance teams and succession pipelines
- Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Chief Financial Officer Benefits:
- Salary: $190,000-$230,000
