Restaurant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of previous Kitchen Manager experience.
- Someone who gets things done – has superb time management skills and isn't afraid to hustle
- Fluent in great routines when it comes to food safety, food quality, and presentation
- Demonstrated ability in leading 30+ team members to win every day.
- Provide a guest experience that is second to none and keeps them coming back.
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Open to working closing shifts – total of 48 to 50 hours per week.
Restaurant Kitchen Manager Benefits:
