Bar Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of high-volume bar management experience
- Knowledge of scratch craft cocktail programs, garnish programs, Juicing programs
- Experience in Ordering and inventory of all bar products
- Has managed a team of 10 or more bartenders
- Fine dining, nightlife experience
- Open availability
