This individual will play a key role in managing food procurement categories, with a strong focus on proteins, while driving cost efficiencies, supplier performance, and cross-functional alignment.

- 8+ years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experience
- Must have fast food (QSR) experience (no full-service backgrounds)
- Strong expertise in protein sourcing
- Proven track record in supplier negotiations and cost optimization
- Data-driven with strong analytical and communication skills
- Based in or near the Tampa market
