We are looking for a strong, seasoned, and experienced General Manager for our hotel! Our company values servant leadership, communication, and transparency; if you share these values, this may be a fit for you!
Hotel General Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager
- Marriott experience required
- 10+ years of hotel experience with progressive leadership roles
- Experience with both select-service and full-service properties
- Candidates with California labor law experience required
- Excellent financial acumen
Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the team with integrity and forthright communication
- Actively engage and listen to team members, their input, and ideas
- Ensure high standards are communicated and achieved; exceed expectations for brand QA
- Manage revenue and occupancy to achieve a high ADR and deliver value to our guests
- Other duties as assigned
