Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant General Manager leadership
- Current experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts
- Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
- Full knowledge of P&L, budgets, forecasts and cost control
- Experience with training and mentoring
- Excellent integrity and character
- Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
