Client Services Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound sales and reservations, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Generate quotes, pricing, and proposals with accuracy and attention to detail
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Lead and support a small team, ensuring accountability and service standards
- Coordinate closely with operations on scheduling, logistics, and execution
- Maintain working knowledge of services, pricing, and availability
- Track bookings and performance using Excel and internal systems
- Support business needs with flexibility for evenings and weekends
Client Services Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, reservations, or client-facing roles (required)
- Experience handling inbound inquiries and converting to bookings
- Experience generating quotes, pricing, or proposals
- Prior experience managing or supervising a small team
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with pricing/calculations
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience in hospitality, event, catering, or service-based industries
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Spanish or additional language skills
- Bachelor’s degree
