Executive Assistant Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism
- Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required
- Ability to travel to company locations as needed
Executive Assistant Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial services, or similar operational environments
- Experience supporting multiple executives or departments
- Project management or HR administrative experience
Executive Assistant Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel logistics
- Prioritize and coordinate daily activities to maximize executive productivity
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items
- Act as liaison between executive leadership and internal/external contacts
- Draft, proofread, and edit professional communications, presentations, and reports
- Assist with project coordination, document management, expense reports, and logistics
- Plan and support company meetings, leadership events, and special projects
