Executive Chef Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with ownership to create contemporary and classic menu offerings.
- Oversee food presentations of the highest level
- Responsible for the day-to-day culinary operations
- Design and manage creative events for up to 600 guests.
- Provide thought leadership on food trends and menu development.
- Complete P&L ownership and vendor management
- Mentor, lead, and develop the BOH team.
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of BOH restaurant experience in Italian or Steakhouse concepts; Executive Chef level for 3-5 of these years, must have upscale, full-service restaurant experience.
- Strong leadership abilities, creative menu development and financial skillset
- Flexibility and ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for all things culinary and the desire to join a growing independently-owned restaurant group
