Board Certified Behavior Analyst Requirements & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities
- Access to reliable transportation for in-person services around Salt Lake County
- Strong ABA knowledge, data analysis, communication, and teamwork skills
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person behavioral assessments and design individualized ABA treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based strategies for skill development and behavioral support
- Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans using data and analysis
- Train and support families, caregivers, and professionals involved in each child’s care
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
