Sales Executive – Indianapolis, IN
An established international brand is launching its U.S. division and searching for a driven sales professional to lead business development efforts. Sales Executive Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and consistently closing deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a start-up or high-growth environment
- Background selling into industrial, commercial, facilities, or related markets preferred
Sales Executive Preferred Background & Skills
- Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to sales and business building
- Track record as a “hunter” with a consultative relationship style
- Skilled at creating processes and structure in new or evolving markets
- Highly motivated by opportunities for performance-based earnings
Sales Executive Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new customer and business opportunities across the U.S.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead development through closing and client retention
- Conduct tailored product presentations and recommend solutions based on client needs
- Gather and relay insights on U.S. market trends and business opportunities
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and strong customer experiences
