Regional Culinary Director – Multi-Unit Hospitality Group
Location: Seattle, WA
Salary: $115K–$120K + 20% Bonus + Benefits + 401(k)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Regional Culinary Director to lead multi-unit culinary operations for a growing, chef-driven hospitality group in Seattle. This hands-on role will directly manage one primary location while providing oversight and strategic guidance for two additional properties. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator, team builder, and system-driven chef who ensures quality, consistency, and financial performance across multiple units.
Responsibilities
- Lead culinary operations across multiple locations
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing kitchen leadership teams
- Ensure menu execution, food quality, and operational consistency
- Partner with operations leadership to manage P&L, labor, and food costs
- Implement standardized systems, processes, and SOPs for kitchen operations
- Maintain high standards of guest experience and brand consistency
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
Requirements / Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as Regional Culinary Director, Multi-Unit Executive Chef, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience in high-volume, chef-driven, or upscale casual dining
- Demonstrated ability to improve performance across multiple kitchens
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Skilled in team building, leadership development, and mentoring
- Comfortable leading from the floor and driving accountability
- Passion for culinary innovation, consistency, and operational excellence
Compensation & Benefits
