General Manager – Food & Beverage | Premier Executive Campus | Seattle, WA
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the Food & Beverage operations at a premier, internationally recognized campus that serves as a hub for businesses, foundations, and civic leaders. This is a rare opportunity to helm a refined, service-forward dining and events operation in a prestigious and highly visible setting.
About the Role:
As General Manager, you will oversee all food and beverage operations, lead a talented culinary and service team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will manage both a la carte dining and upscale events, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, service, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all front- and back-of-house operations
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-end events and banquets with precision
- Collaborate with chefs, event coordinators, and senior leadership to deliver top-tier service
- Manage budgets, labor, and inventory while maintaining quality and profitability
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet performance and service goals
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and hospitality excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in a General Manager or senior leadership F&B role
- Strong background in both a la carte dining and upscale banquet/event execution
- Hands-on operator with excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for service, hospitality, and building high-performing teams
