Regional Sales Executive

Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary: $100K
- On-target earnings: $175K–$200K+ first year with top performers exceeding $300K (uncapped commission)

Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience
- Proven record selling capital equipment, industrial products, or technical solutions
- Consistent achievement of annual sales targets
- Demonstrated ability in new business development
- Experience with long-cycle sales and multiple decision makers
- CRM proficiency or the ability to learn quickly
- Stable work history with a track record of career growth
Preferred Background & Skills
- Industry background in industrial equipment/machinery, fleet, transportation, heavy equipment, manufacturing, automation, construction, or material handling
- Experience selling to operations leaders, plant managers, procurement teams, or business executives
- Entrepreneurial approach with the ability to develop a territory from the ground up
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting abilities
- Skilled at both in-person and virtual sales engagements
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic territory growth plan for the Southeast region
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of capital equipment opportunities
- Identify and win new business through cold outreach, industry networking, and participation in trade shows/events
- Lead consultative sales conversations to uncover customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from discovery to demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing and lead generation initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, pipeline, and forecast data
