The Role
We are looking for a highly driven Sales & Partnerships Manager to support our expansion across the U.S. market. This role focuses on building and growing relationships with top-tier consulting firms and private equity firms.
This is an opportunity for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys developing strategic partnerships, and is motivated by driving revenue growth. The role involves frequent interaction with senior stakeholders and leveraging an established international network to expand business in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, target, and engage leading consulting firms and private equity firms across the U.S.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new business and achieve growth targets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Deliver compelling presentations to senior decision-makers
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong client experience
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Understand client needs and position tailored solutions effectively
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Establish credibility within the consulting and private equity ecosystem
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track industry trends and competitive landscape
- Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market opportunities
- Contribute to pricing strategies and service development
- Support marketing initiatives through client insights and case studies
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Fluent English communication skills
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Preferred (Strong Plus)
- Experience in expert networks, consulting, or professional services
- Existing relationships with consulting firms or private equity clients
- Experience selling into the U.S. market
- Background in executive search, advisory services, or enterprise SaaS
